Today is my first anniversary of my corporate life. 08/08/08 is when my corporate life started. Today 08/09/09 I’m sticking in the same company and almost like a mad. Well after providing technical support to dumb customers I became mad. I had some issues in my laptop (I bought a new laptop  by the way ) speakers some month before, so reinstalled driver and it worked fine.  Then last month again no sound from my laptop speakers I checked all settings, restarted the laptop and checked still the same. Then I decided to reinstalled drivers and while reinstalling I noticed my small mobile head phone is connected to the laptop which caused everything Adapavi balaji ipdi ayitiye….. I scolded myself and laughed.

Three days before I with my roommates shifted our home to a new home. It’s good a big house with 2 bedrooms. We have plans to cook by ourselves  Now I’m in job hunt, looking for a better change.

Life is moving in its own way. Awesome Life was in hibernate mode for a very long time than before Well I graduated as engineer on April 2^nd during the graduation day held at my college. My orkut friends might have seen the pictures in my album. Now am one of the vetti engineers among the 1.5l engineers passed out last year   It was great to meet all my friends back in college after a long year that’s really a good feeling. Really missing those sweet college days

I have received fwd mails from my friends about the fun happen with customers during technical support. Initially I thought that these are just created by some one for fun. But as I’m working in tech support I came to know and realized by myself. Believe me friends these are absolutely true. Everyday we’ll have such customers. Most of the customers are like this. I don’t want to tell you from some one else exp. The following are the funny conversation that happened in mine and my friends calls. These are happened exactly. Enjoy..

Cust: Wait!! How can I click on your computer??

Cust: It says Made in china

Tech: No i am in front of the Swmming pool. i came for a party. Can u make my router to work online. it is a wireless router.

Cust: What do you mean? It’s a brand new Laptop I can’t minimize it

This call about wireless USB adapter which we can plug in USB port of the computer cust not able to connect wirelessly using that adapter

Cust: I can’t connect to the internet wirelessly

Tech: Try connecting the adapter in different USB ports of the computer

Cust : I did, Nothing happened

Tech: Did you tried all the available ports?

Cust: Yes, only one port remaining which is on my back

More than this happened.  But this is what I remember

In the same time we have some customers who are more friendly, tech savvy and more flexible to us. They follow the instructions exactly and co operate with us to solve the issue right away. If you resolve their issue some times they will shout in Joy and even say ‘ I love you’ .  Lot of frustration and fun everyday!!

Happy New Year everyone! Came to blogging after a very long time. No net, time to write my blog and read your posts. I really regret for that. 2008 was very good and very bad year for me I accomplished a lot and lost most valuable thing in my life. I joined in my first job enjoyed a lot in my final sem of college life after flying out from college lot of sad incidents happened. I think am boring my readers

Well talk about 2009. Hope everyone enjoyed New Year a lot. I wish this New Year bring lot of happiness and let all our dreams and wishes come true. I had New Year beginning with my colleagues at my office. As I’m in night shits I had to be in office on that day. My friends in Chennai had good party here. There is a new rule in act in TASMAC(Wines Shop) that shops should be closed at 10 p.m which was previously 11 p.m and you people want to know the results?? Check out!!

Where’s the party?

Well, this post is not about any new virus spreading/attack in internet. It’s about a funny conversation happened in a computer hardware store. This is the shop where I bought my system and I always go there to buy all kinda computer peripherals recently I went there to buy a 4gb pendrive/thumb drive. At that time another guy who’s working in a private bank came to buy a pendrive. Computer vendor asked the storage details of the pendrive and shown him a kingston pendrive. You know nowadays thumb drives are manufactured without lid type as push and pull the hard silver edge. This guy after seen this pen drive told “Hey I need a thumb drive with lid else viruses will go inside!! Don’t you know this” The vendor and me controlled our laugh and the vendor tried to explain the fact but, that guy didn’t accepted and then he gave him thumb drive with lid. Me and my computer vendor laughed for long time after he left the shop.

Use and throw water cup in our training room. One of my colleagues used it and made it as awesome cup with such beautiful paintings! When trainer was concentrating on a trainee she started using the marker and drawn painting. We all(including the trainer) watched silently that what she gonna do! Finally after she finised it the trainer scolded and after seen the cup he applauded I thought to took a snap while she drawing itself but not possible If i publised that it would become picture like the one in my previous post. ‘Coz everyone silently watched without knowin that she concentrated on drawing So I got that cup and took some snaps after that. Wow! really such an amazing painting. I particularly like that bird which she had drawn inside the cup. It’s very difficult to draw inside but that drawing was awesome isn’t it? Remember that all snaps published here are different angle of single cup!!!

I have friends who change mobile every month, one guy even every week I was using nokia 1108 for the past two years Had a wish to buy rich music featured and good storage, atleast 2mp cam and data trasfer rich features. Finally I got brand new nokia 5220 xpress music in my fav red colour It was nice once you got a job and working and your parents calling you and tell ‘leave this mobile, buy the mobile which you wish I will pay you’ right? That was happened to me I feel very bad for not posting anything for a very long time . There are so many reasons behind this. But I don’t want to blame on anything. I should have posted something. Anyway I will try to post regularly here after.

Representing myself again in a notebook even after entering into corporate life! ‘Coz learning again. I’m talking about my training sessions The differences from school/college teaching that I enjoyed here are, there we have bench and table, in corporate we have executive chairs and each trainee will have a system on his/her table, there guys and girls will not sit together, here you are encouraged to sit together. Of course who will say no Then we can have a 2 min break whenever we need. Just get out of training room whenever we want without getting permission from trainer. On the first day (this happens in all corporate) the trainer will ask you to address your senior employees by their name. First time I felt embarrassing, now it’s ok. Sometimes it’s good feel and sometime everything seems to be artificial. But I cop to lead this life.

My corporate life began on 08/08/08. nice date right? Yep my first job, first day was a great experience. So far so good! In corporate particularly the operational floors and some floors were made as restricted zones. Only employees with access cards can swap it and enter there. So on the first day itself we got ID card along with access cards. After getting those stuffs we got a break. We went to pantry. Me and one of my colleague entered into toilet. There urinal were setup with sensors to flush out water automatically like what we have in hi-fi hotels and halls. After seeing those sensors my colleague asked “Dude! Do we have to show the access card even for using the toilets?!” He asked in such a funny slang. That was the first time I talked to him! Thank god I got such funny friends as my colleague not only in college
